Aine Sohayata Kendro Asok Foundation representative Md. Shahadat Hossain Shaon has received official approval to participate in the UN Decade of Sustainable Transport – Annual Stocktake 2026. According to the approval letter sent by the UN Secretariat, this international event will be organized on July 7, 2026 at Conference Room 11 of the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA. Representatives of different countries, policymakers, international organizations and experts will participate in this annual stocktake meeting on global sustainable transport systems, international cooperation, policy progress and future action plans. Md. Shahadat Hossain Shaon said that it is a great honor for him to get the opportunity to participate in this international event. He expressed hope that by participating in such a global platform, Bangladesh's experience will be highlighted as well as mutual cooperation at the international level will be strengthened.
